Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026 (draft)
1. About us
Ad Flow Pilot ("Ad Flow Pilot", "we", "us") is an online service that makes video ads from your product information. It is run by Veda Smart E-Commerce Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India on 28 March 2024 (CIN U46901GJ2024PTC150048, RoC Ahmedabad), registered office: Ground Floor, Shop No. 11, Vraj Icon, Block No. T44, Santkawnar Colony, Vadodara, Gujarat 390006, India. At launch, accounts and purchases are available to businesses in India.
2. Agreeing to these Terms
You accept these Terms by ticking the box when you create an account or buy a credit pack. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Delivery Policy and Acceptable Use & AI-Generated Content Policy. If you use Ad Flow Pilot for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it. If you have a separate written agreement with us (for example as a partner), it takes priority over these Terms where the two differ.
3. Who can use Ad Flow Pilot
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Ad Flow Pilot is meant for business use. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
4. Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, except where it results from a security failure on our side. Tell us at support@adflowpilot.com straight away if you think someone else has used it.
5. How the service works
- You add your product (a product page link, photos, your brand details). When you ask us to import a page, you confirm you are allowed to use its content in your ads.
- We suggest ad ideas. You pick one, check the script, lines and on-screen text, and approve it before anything is made.
- You confirm any claim the ad makes about your product (for example a price, a feature or a result). Our system is built to use only the claims you confirmed. Please check the finished ad before you publish it, and tell us if it shows anything you did not approve.
- After you approve, our system makes the ad using AI models and our own post-production steps (voice, music, captions, effects, end card) and delivers it in your account.
- For some ads we first show you still frames of your product; the video is made only after you approve them.
6. Credits, packs and prices
- You pay by buying a one-time credit pack. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST; we issue a GST invoice for every purchase. A pack never renews automatically.
- The credits in each pack, any bonus credits, their validity and the credits each kind of ad uses are shown on our Pricing page before you buy. Bonus credits have the same validity as the pack they come with.
- Credits are used when you send an approved ad to be made.
- Credits are valid for: Teaser, Trailer and Short Film — 30 days; Feature and Blockbuster — 60 days; Director's Cut — 12 months, from the date of purchase. Your account shows the expiry date next to your balance, and we email you 7 days and 1 day before credits expire. If our service is unavailable for a material period, we extend the validity of affected credits by that period.
- Credits can only be used for Ad Flow Pilot services. They are not money: they cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account and earn no interest — except for the refunds this policy, our Refund Policy or the law require.
- Prices shown before and during our launch are launch prices and may change at full launch. For a pack you already bought, we will not reduce its credits, shorten its validity or raise the credits an ad type costs.
7. When an ad fails
- The ad could not be made (a technical failure on our side or our providers'): its credits go back to your account automatically. We first try once more with a backup model at no extra cost.
- The delivered file is faulty — it won't play, is cut short or is damaged: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we make it again free of charge. If the second attempt also fails, its credits go back to your account automatically.
- Not delivered within 48 hours of your last approval: the credits for that ad go back to your account automatically (see our Service Delivery Policy).
- How an AI model interprets an approved script and workflow — the look, movement or style of a delivered ad — is not a failure, and we do not re-make an ad for that reason. You can always report a problem through the feedback option in your account.
- Steps before the video is made are never charged if they fail.
8. What AI-made ads can and cannot do
Ad Flow Pilot uses AI models. AI output can contain mistakes: an odd movement, a small visual glitch, a wrongly drawn detail or a pronunciation that is not quite right. We run automatic quality checks, but we do not promise that any ad is free of such mistakes, or that an ad will bring a particular number of sales, views or results. Please watch every ad before you publish it. This does not limit the remedies in section 7 or any right you have under law.
9. Your content
- "Your content" means everything you give us: product links, photos, logos, business place photos, videos, scripts, brand details and the text you approve. You keep all rights you have in it.
- You give us permission to use your content only to provide Ad Flow Pilot to you: to store it, analyse it, send it to our AI and processing providers, and make and deliver your ads. We do not allow our AI providers to use your content to train their models, and we do not use it in our public examples or marketing without your written permission.
- You confirm you own your content or have permission to use it, including from any person whose face or voice appears in it, and that using it in an ad does not break anyone else's rights. For business place photos you confirm this with the tick box at upload.
- If you ask us to dub, re-voice or change an existing ad, you confirm you hold the rights in it and the written consent of the people who perform in it.
- If an image contains another company's logo or mark, we show it to you and you choose drop, crop, cover or keep. Choose "keep" only if you have permission or another lawful basis for this use; your choice is not a legal check by us.
10. Who owns the ads you make
Once you have paid for an ad, you may use the finished ad for any lawful business advertising, on any platform, worldwide, for as long as you like, without paying us more — including after your account is closed. If you made it for a client, you may hand it over to that client on the same terms. We do not claim ownership of your finished ads. Some parts of an ad — preset presenter avatars, voices, music, and our templates, effects and end-card designs — are licensed to you for use inside that ad only; they may not be extracted and used or sold separately. AI-made material may not be unique or protected by copyright, and similar material may be made for others.
11. Your use of the ads
You are responsible for how and where you publish your ads, and for following the law and each platform's rules (for example the ASCI Code and each platform's rules on AI-generated content). Keep the "AI-generated" label and the hidden provenance data that come with each ad. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and for the parts we supply. See our Acceptable Use & AI-Generated Content Policy.
12. Our service
Ad Flow Pilot, its software, templates, effects, designs, brand and website belong to us or our licensors. You may make ads for your own business or for your clients. You may not resell access to Ad Flow Pilot or your credits, copy or extract our software, templates or assets, or get around our access controls, except as the law allows. We may improve or change features. If we stop offering Ad Flow Pilot altogether, we tell you at least 30 days in advance by email, give you time to download your ads, and refund the unused paid credits on your account to your original payment method. Bonus credits are not paid out.
13. Keeping your files
We keep your finished ads and renders for 3 months, and your product library while your account is active. Download any ad you want to keep. Our Privacy Policy lists all retention periods.
14. Suspending or closing an account
- You can close your account at any time by writing to support@adflowpilot.com. Unused credits are not refunded when you close your account yourself. Download any ads you want to keep first.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, that we reasonably believe is used for fraud or illegal activity, or where the law requires it. Where it is safe and lawful, we tell you first and let you respond; you can ask us to review a suspension at support@adflowpilot.com.
- If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused paid credits. If we close it for a breach, we decide on any remaining credits case by case and fairly; we do not forfeit them automatically.
- When an account is closed, we delete its product library, brand kit and finished ads within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (for example invoices and tax records).
15. Limits on our liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost sales. For any claim about an ad, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the credit pack whose credits were used for that ad. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or removes a remedy a consumer is entitled to.
16. Indemnity
You will cover our reasonable losses from third-party claims caused by: content you gave us without the rights or permissions needed; claims about your product that you approved and that were false or unsupported; keeping a third-party mark without permission; or publishing an ad unlawfully. This does not apply to a claim caused by our breach, our negligence or the parts we supplied. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in the defence.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We show the date of the latest version at the top and email you about important changes at least 30 days before they take effect (sooner only when the law or security requires it). The version in force on the day you bought a pack applies to that pack. Changes never reduce credits or validity you already bought. Where the law needs your fresh consent, we will ask for it.
18. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — we will try to resolve any dispute within 30 days. This does not stop urgent relief or your right to go to a consumer commission or another authority. Subject to that, the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
19. Complaints and Grievance Officer
Grievance Officer: Kamal Khatri · support@adflowpilot.com · postal address as in the footer. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and give you a reference number. We resolve it within 7 days, or faster where the law requires. Urgent reports — impersonation, intimate images, child safety, security incidents — are handled at once.
