Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026 (draft)

1. What we deliver

Digital products only: video ads (MP4 files), their language versions and the ad copy that goes with them. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges. The length, size, languages and credits for each kind of ad are shown on the Pricing page before you buy.

2. How you receive it

3. How long it takes

We aim to deliver most ads within 24 hours of your last approval, and many are ready much sooner. If an ad is not delivered within 48 hours of your last approval, its credits come back to your account automatically. The clock pauses while we wait for you — for example to approve still frames.

4. If something goes wrong

See section 3 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy (credits back, free re-make of a faulty file). If credits or an ad don't appear, write to support@adflowpilot.com.

5. Keeping your ads

Finished ads stay in your account for 3 months. Download them to keep them longer.

6. Where we deliver

At launch, accounts and purchases are for businesses in India; prices are in Indian rupees. Your finished ads may be published anywhere, subject to our Terms. We plan to offer Ad Flow Pilot in other countries later and will update this policy then.
